VIGNOBLE ST-SIMON
Established in 2013, the vineyard in Saint-Simon-de-Bagot is artisanal and family-run, now has 8,000 vines, with the main grape varieties being: Saint-Pépin, Frontenac, Marquette, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris. The planting is done in a 'clay loam' soil. Well-drained, this type of soil naturally contains all the necessary minerals for the natural cultivation of the vines. The vineyard is currently undergoing a process towards organic certification.

VIN ORANGE
A NEW CREATION! This wine has fermented, macerated, and aged in a sandstone amphora. It has flavors of dried apricots with a hint of bitterness on the finish. This wine will pair wonderfully with your appetizers or your most flavorful meals.

POPPY STEEL - PROJECT
